We have now published our business plan for the next five years and, alongside that, details of the customer survey conducted earlier this year that helped inform the business plan.

The business plan reflects on the fact that, despite many obstacles, we achieved far more over the past five years than we thought possible when the earlier plan for the period  2020 -2025 was adopted. We now look forward to a period of building on our achievements and the opportunities for further developments in the longer term.

The customer survey showed that in general you are happy with what we do. There were specific issues on pricing, water temperature and variations in the timetable. These and other issues are addressed in the report on the survey.
